Medieval Monsters

This is Medieval Monsters. A half-hour comedy adventure series set in a fantasy land with a documentary feel. Imagine Game of Thrones meets The Office. This teaser is a result of development of the show concept by Fred Ruff, studi head of Refuge Visual Effects.

It is a time of myths and legends. Mysterious and dangerous creatures populate the countryside. Monster hunter, Toor Dragerhorn, is on a quest to discover the truth behind the mysterious and dangerous beasts that inhabit the ancient lands of Rodinia.

Along with a quirky alchemist, Malek, and Niko, a bird with an artificial wing, Toor tracks down monsters using his wits, scientific observation, and his grandfather’s journals. Although he tries to save many of the beasts he encounters, he knows, with a sad respect, that some of these hideous beasts must perish so that mankind may survive. However clever they are, our heroes are often lucky to escape with their lives.
